Warranty Policy
1. Warranty period
We offer 12-60 months warranty from the delivery date.
2. Warranty including:
1) warranty of optical fiber transceiver is 36-60 months;
2) packing, power cord, patch cord, sofeware and technical datas are out of the warranty, but they are provided with free replacement in case being testified defective when the product reaches the buyer.
3) We will provide replacement in case that there is scratch(es) on the product and were testified failed to be operated when it reaches the buyer.
3. Warranty excluding:
1) any defectness/damage incurred by incorrect installation and/or operation as per the manual;
2) any damage incurred by unapproved repair and/or installation/uninstall;
3) malfunction incurred by virus;
4) damage or malfunction by the user modify intrinsic setting programme;
5) damage(s) incurred by suddenness and/or human fault, such as inputting improper voltage, being put in high temperature and/or waterlogging place, mechanical damage, factitious breakage, being oxidated or rusted;
6) warranty expired;
7) damages caused by force majeure, like earthquake, fire and so on.
4. announcement
1) in case that there is warranty policy agreed in sales contract by the buyer and us, warranty policy is subjected to the sales contract;
2) We are not restricted to any undertaking made by our distributor(s);
3) the policy is interpreted by JQ in case that there is query.
5. Charges
When there is necessary for the buyer to return the product for replacement or repair, the buyer pays the return charge, and we pay the delivery charge after replacement/repair.
